How do the sessions work?
Each session will last 45 minutes, during which we’ll discuss a specific topic. I’ll walk you through exercises designed to progress you from one step to the next, internally and externally. If you have questions, ask away! We’ll wrap up with well-defined tasks for you to complete before the next session.
How does scheduling work?
We’ll typicall meet once per week. After each session, I will send you a simple scheduling link (Calendly) where you can select the time that works best for you for the next session. Easy!
